We use Siemens PLC control and can use RS485 I/O, Profibus, and Modbus communication types.
(4)MS Purifier
The two adsorption vessels in the purification system work alternately. When one plate is in the adsorption cycle, the other boat is in the regeneration cycle. The exhaust gas of the equipment is regenerated. Siemens PLC’s control system controls this technological process.
The new UOP molecular sieve is selected to ensure the adsorption effect of water, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons, lower regeneration temperature, energy saving, and consumption reduction. The instrument control systems should be able to effectively monitor sets of air separation equipment production processes to ensure reliable running, convenient operation, and maintenance. Adopt centralized monitoring control and the principle of combining in situ monitoring and control.

The central control room uses a 23-inch color LCD monitor. It has a multifunction printer for operation print, alarm printing, and tabulation PLC completes expander and interlock protection systems of all kinds of pumps and motors by PLC.
