medical nitrous oxides
DSW is a leading industry N2O gas, dinitrogen monoxide, laughing gas, and medical nitrous oxide manufacturer with high quality and cost-effectiveness.
We have exported Nitrous oxide and N2O cylinders to many countries like India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Netherlands.
N2O in compressed-gas cylinders is present in both the liquid and gaseous states.
N2O cylinders are factory filled to 90% to 95% capacity with liquid N2O.10 Above the liquid in the tank is N2O gas.
The gas pressure within the cylinder of N2O is approximately 750 psig at 25° C (70° F) (see Fig. 14.12, B) within both the E and G cylinders.
Nitrous oxides (N2O), also called dinitrogen monoxide, laughing gas, or nitrous, are one of several oxides of nitrogen, a colorless gas with pleasant,
sweetish odor and taste, which, when inhaled, produces insensibility to pain preceded by mild hysteria, sometimes laughter.

Applications of N2O
The gas is also used as a propellant in food aerosols.
In automobile racing, nitrous oxide is injected into an engine’s air intake;
the extra oxygen allows the engine to burn more fuel per stroke.
Medical nitrous oxides are used in adults and children for:
General anesthesia – usually as an adjuvant to other volatile or intravenous anesthetics
Pain relief – employed with oxygen for analgesia in moderately painful procedures, such as dentistry, obstetrics, and fractures
Conscious sedation.
Nitrous oxides are sometimes used as an adjuvant of balanced anesthesia for surgical interventions, enabling reduced doses of other drugs and facilitating post-operatory elimination.
